I am a new customer and I want to shop online. What shall I do?

If you have chosen the product that you want to buy, you add it by pressing the icon of the basket in the page of the product.
You choose the rest of the products that you want to buy the same way.
To proceed with the order you press the button “Cashier” located on the right side of the basket.
That takes you to the Information of customer page. In this place if you have the access code you type it, if not you can Register as a new customer so this way you can see the progress of your orders.
The next step is that you transferred is the registration of your personal data page.
When you fill out all the necessary facts, you will be have asked to give username and password that you wish to have (in this place you create them for first time).
These are things that you should remember so you can make an order again without changing your access code or to register again your personal data and be able to check the progress of your order any time.
We suggest you to note them somewhere where you can find them easily.
Attention: please give us the exact address of your e-mail and telephone so we can contact with you.
By pressing “Continue” you get to the 3rd and last step where you choose the way of payment and sending your order.
By pressing “Continue”, you see a summary of your order and finally by pressing “Continue” your order is ready and you will receive a copy in the e-mail that you gave so as you can check if it is correct.
 
Do I need a credit card to buy something?
No, it is not necessary.
Credit card you need only if you wish to pay through credit card.
If you do not want to use your credit card you can pay with cash on delivery or with bank transfer.
 
Can I check if I made my order correct?
Yes. If you made your order through our site, we send you a copy in the e-mail you gave us so you can check if it is right.
There you can find all the details of your order analytically.

How can I watch the progress of my order?
If you made your order through our site and you already have username/password, you can go in the service “My orders” and given your username and password, you can check all your orders progress that you have done in our e-shop.
If you made your order in another way (through telephone, with fax or e-mail), you should contact us by phone to inform you for your order.
 
What time and which days the shop is open?
Our shop is located in Akti Themistokleous 12 Piraeus, and is open from 9.00 – 17.00 Monday to Friday.
 
How can I pay?
For better service LinkShop offers you three alternative way of payment:
 
  1. Through credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
The transfer of money becomes the day of delivery.
  1. With cash on delivery.
  2. Deposit in bank account.
In this case, the order will be send as soon as you deposit the money and the information of the account is received.
 
What I should know if I pay through deposit in bank account?
You should know that the order will be send once the money have been deposited and are available through the bank account.
If the order was done through our site, the depositor number should be the code of your order.
For faster service, you can send through fax the receipt of the deposit in 210 4523859 of through e-mail in sales@linkshop.gr.
 
What I should know if I pay though credit card?
At first, you should know that the exchanges which are becoming through our e-shop are absolutely safe.
When you choose the payment through credit card, you are transferred automatically in Eurobank’s e-page where the credibility of exchange is secure with SSL (Secure Socket Layer 128 bit) technology in companion with verified use by Verisign server security.
We can guarantee you that the exchanges and your personal data transferred in web cryptographically, are secured in maximum.
The transfer of your money by your bank account becomes the delivery day.
If there is any problem with approval of your credit card, the Sales department will contact with you.
 
When I will receive my order?
That depends on when you gave your order and the availability of the products that you want.
If you make your order until 12.00 the latest, the system will elaborate it the same day and you will receive it the next.
In case that the products of you order are not available or if there is any other problem, Sales Department will contact to inform you by phone or through e-mail.
If the order gets to our system after 12.00, the most possible is to be elaborated the next working day and it will be send to you the working day after that.
So it is a benefit to you to order one day from the delivery day, by sending your order until 12.00 at noon.
 
Finally keep in mind that the courier deliveries are done every day late afternoon.
So the product will be delivered to you the next day (depends on the destination).
 
Can I receive myself my order from the shop?
Yes. You can receive your order by our shop the hours and the days we are open.
Just in the procedure of your order choose in way of sending “taken from the shop”.
Before you visit our shop, make sure that all the products of your order is available through e-mail in sales@linkshop.gr.
What can I do in case that the product that I bought broke down?
Before we report the process that you should follow, keep in mind that all the products sold by LinkShop, are accompanied with the official manufacturer guarantee.
In any case you should contact us to indicate  you the best process.
LinkShop is not involved in the process of repair or replacement of products in case of On-site guarantee.
If we indicate you that the product should be send first to us, you should print out the form of application RMA from here and an analytically supplement report for the problem of the product.
This form along with certain probative market (invoice / receipt) and the damaged product you bring or send to our shop with the sign “Technical Department”.
The application of return of products to publication credit, concerns exclusive products which have been priced from our shop, 5 (five) previous working days.
The products that return will only be credited in their value of market if these are returned in the shop, and are is the original condition as when were delivered.
Otherwise, the return will not be acceptable or will be credited to a lower value.
If it should become replacement and the product he is not available, it becomes replacement with corresponding product same values.
If replacement is in order but of the product is not available will be replaced with a  corresponding product of the same value.
In any case of sending it in the expenses burden the customer.
 
GUARANTEES
All the products of the e-shop accompaniedby the guarantee of their manufacturer.

What On-site guarantee means?
When a product offers On-site guarantee, this means that in case of repairing or replacing, the manufacturer himself or the corresponding representative in Greece, take care of the problem.
You should search the information from the list, so you can be informed what to do.
In such cases the charge for sending a product burden the manufacturer or the corresponding representative in Greece.
 
I can not make an order through site. What to do?
At first, make sure that you try to make an order using the Windows browser Internet Explorer.
If after all you still face a problem, you can make an order through e-mail in sales@linkshop.gr, by fax in 210 4523859 or by phone.
 
I want to cancel my order. What I should do?
You should inform Sales Department in time through e-mail or by phone. If the payment is already been send, you will be asked for a bank account and we will return your money.
 
Can I buy with free installments? If not how much is the charge?
Yes you can buy products from our shop with free installments.
 
How much the courier will cost me?
Courier expenses are added automatically in your selling basket depending with the weight of the products that you ordered.

Yes. The prices that you see on our site are the same in our shop or if you receive them in your place.
