24 GHz Point-to-Point radio system The airFiber, Ubiquiti Networks revolutionary point-to-point radio designed for a high performance backhaul links operates on the license-free 24GHz band. The unique design of this compact device utilizes two, idependent, high performance 2x2 MIMO antennas. Smaller, 33dBi antenna operates as a transmitter. Second, high-gain (38dBi) antenna operates as receiver which allows lower EIRP level of the system to meet the regulatory requirements. The high-power transmitter radio allows to achieve 13km+ long distance links (it depends on local EIRP regulations for 24GHz). airFbier has built in GPS receiver and supports airSync technology which allows to high density installation without interferences.
